john.

john.

This is my little brother John. Maybe not quite so little anymore. I told him to stand there so I could get his picture, 'cause I liked his outfit. He and I talk about clothes music and movies. And he took those other pictures of me last week. He wants to be a cinematographer when he grows up. I think he'll be good at it. And that's not just 'cause I'm his sister. :)

  3. definitely a family resemblance. i LOVE his outfit and glasses. you guys are so stylish and interesting that i admit i'm curious to know more about your parents and what they're like. i mean you guys live out in the country in nebraska (right?) and yet you're so hip and current. someday i want to live out in the country and have cool kids! : )

  4. jenny, you were close! we live in iowa. and i admit, i spend waaaay too much time online. ever since i discovered the internet way back in 1997, i had no idea what i was in for! haha. and about my parents, well my dad is an engineer and my mom is a housewife (i guess you'd say, though i kind of hate that term) and she taught all seven of us kids at home for most of our schooling. mom still teaches my youngest two brothers and my dad's in a beatle's band. maybe i'll write up a little bleep about my folks sometime. although my mom reads this and she might not like it too much!

  5. p.s. about the internet comment. i mentioned that because in iowa, there is really very little in the way of style, good music etc. and it's even harder to find like-minded souls. so instead of looking around me to find my inspiration, i tend to veer towards the internet and to all of you bloggers and flickrites out there! of course, there ARE like-minded souls about, wherever you happen to find yourself. and you can always be inspired by your surroundings if you really try. but let's just say you guys have helped tremendously. :) anyway, there i go ramble again!
